Lets the HTTP and gRPC clients marked with TenantryHttpClientBuilderExtensions.UseTenantry send the current tenant's id to the services they call, in the TenantPropagation.HeaderName header. The receiving service reads it with Tenantry.AspNetCore's ResolveFromPropagationHeader(...).
